Institutional cleaner has the required skills for different types of daily cleaning tasks and textile care tasks. The cleaner is able to combine cleaning services with other services according to the operations and business idea of the premises.

Task Description

The competition task is an individual task, in which the student performs combined tasks in cleaning and other services for the premises, in a home-like environment.
The student will use hand equipment and a Hoover for maintaining the cleanliness of the space in the competition task.

The competing time allowed for the competition is one hour per competitor, which includes guidance, planning the competition task, the implementation, self-evaluation, as well as the feedback given by the jury.

Two competitors per institute or unit can register for the competition.
In case of a possible elimination, it will be organised in accordance with the Taitaja timetable during December-January, notification of the specific time and place will be made December 3, 2010. The specific date for the competition in the category during the Taitaja Finals will be made public after the elimination.
